Coated Controlled Sound® drumheads have medium and heavy-duty drumhead characteristics. The outer area of the head’s playing surface offers mid-range tone and sensitivity while the laminated center “dot” adds durability and tonal focus. Coated Controlled Sound heads are one of Remo’s most preferred snare drum heads.
Controlled Sound® Coated Bottom Black Dot™ features focused mid-range tones with added durability. Constructed with a single ply of 10 mil Coated film and a 5 mil Bottom Black Dot™, these heads provide medium and heavy duty drum head characteristics. The head’s outer area offers enhanced tone and sensitivity while the centre dot adds durability and overtone control.
