The HT line quickly became established as the best-in-class for compact valve amplifiers and for over a decade has given guitarists the best solution for getting big valve amp tones onto recordings and for home practice in a small, portable format.
The MK III builds on the revered history and success of the prior HT iterations, elevating them to a new level of sound quality, features, and performance. Four incredible voices from chiming cleans to soaring high gains and our patented Infinite Shape Feature.
Power Reduction down to 10% of the amps rated power features on the HT-5R MK III and the HT-20R MK III models. A game-changing addition is our advanced IR-based CabRig™ DSP technology, an embodiment of our latest innovations in speaker, cab, mic, and room emulation. This technology, originally featured in our St. James and AMPED products, represents our commitment to making Blackstar the ultimate tools for self expression. Coupled with 4-channel audio via the USB-C, capturing professional quality valve tone in your DAW is simple.
The CabRig outs (XLR, Stereo Line Out and USB) can also be used in Standby Mode making it ideal for both recording and silent stages too. Upgraded circuit board components and an all-new digital reverb with adjustable parameters further enhance
the tone and performance. All this comes in a stunning new livery using materials normally found on boutique amps; premium tolex and fret, mini-toggle switches and a metal plate logo.
